Daily Diet – Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, we follow a strict but fair return policy.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will:
- Replace the item, OR
- Offer a suitable resolution after verification
3. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 working days.
4. Delivery Area
Returns and complaints apply only to deliveries made within Lahore.
